You're having a great ride. You snag on a root and fall over. When you pick up your bike you have a bent derailleur, and three busted spokes. You were also planning on riding the next two days, and then your friend from out of town is visiting. Does this sound like a good time to wait for your bike to sit in some bike shop for up to 2 weeks waiting to be serviced??? Of course not!
At North Shore Bike Shop, we do everything possible to return ALL SERVICE REQUESTS within 24 hours. If you need a tune-up, it will be done the next day. If you are installing a part (whether it was purchased from us or not), and need some help, come on by. We will either take care of it right away or at the very most ask you to leave it with us until tomorrow.
